    Project Experience

    In Hungary the proportion of elderly women increased from 15% to 19% in the period between 1987 and 2007, and reached the average of the EU 15 countries. The proportion of Hungarian men aged 65 or older increased from 10% to 12% since 1987. This ratio is around 3% lower, than the average measured in the EU 15 countries.   • Experiences of the SIMBASE Project at the PostGraduate Deanery, Wales

    We are currently in the process of completing the planning phase of our SimBase pilot. We plan to run a new simulation event early April 2012 designed to teach basic surgical skills to novice practitioners.
